We’re excited about our recent purchase of 3 Crest Avenue in Asheville. It’s a completely run down, decidedly ugly house tucked into an odd little lot directly behind another house, and it needs a TON of work.

 

 

                                      

The smallest, strangest bathroom we’ve seen yet. How do we make this usable? We’ll find a way!

 

 

We’re not afraid though, and even looking forward to the challenge of turning this neglected house into a sweet little home for someone who doesn’t mind the odd location, but does want to be four minutes from Asheville.

 

 

                

Tiny bedroom windows, too high to allow safe emergency exit, will be our first thing to fix!
