We’ve been stretching our wings a bit lately at Dependable House Buyer, with our first ground-up build. It’ll be a modest but stylish vacation rental, built green and solid, six minutes from the vibrant social and music scene of West Asheville.
We’ve had a blast so far designing the footprint to optimize comfort and space efficiency, and the actual framing process is running along amazingly well between kayaking trips and family engagements.
The big question though is- what should we name it when it’s done? Any suggestions?
